About Us

Hello, I’m Katie. Proud owner of KL Medical Aestheitcs, and registered dental professional. I started in the skin industry back in 2008 focusing on restoring skin health, working on conditions such as acne, rosacea, ageing, eczema and scarring. 

My passion for skin came from my own skin health journey, as I previously battled with uncontrolled eczema and my brother really suffered with adult acne. Then I found medical grade skincare. Game-changer. Having spent 10 years in dentistry, I took a leap of faith, and have since created the beautiful space that is KL Medical Aesthetics. 

If you’ve met me, you’ll know I have a true passion for helping to restore your confidence. I am extremely dedicated to treating your concerns and making you feel your very best. As well as treating your skin, I love to educate my clients on the whys and how’s of your skin, to give you thorough understanding of why your skins behaving a certain way, and how we can correct your concerns. I also enjoy debunking a lot of the skin myths that are out there. I have an array of clients from 14 years old to 80+, for wedding prep, post pregnancy pigmentation, combating acne, restoring that plump youthful glow, or just giving you some much needed TLC whilst you switch off from the world. 

For all new clients, I do require you to book a separate consultation (£30) for the first skin heath assessment visit, so we can dive deep into your concerns and make actions to deliver you your best skin yet. If you would like a treatment at the same time on your first visit, please select The Skin Consultation Facial, as this allows extra time for you to get started with an introductory facial. Please note, no microneedling or chemical peels will be carried out on the first visit, without being prepped with the correct homecare prior. All clients will leave with a bespoke skincare routine and our information pack, full of advice and information to help you optimise your skin health from home, and get the best from your treatments with myself.
